Entertaining inside or out. summer or winter we cater for all. From cold finger buffets to winter BBQs. Below is a list of menus and prices. If you cant see what you want please contact us first as we always try to help find your pefect menu for you and your guests.
Sandwich fillings are; Tuna and cucumber, roast chicken, beef, pork, honey roast ham & tomato, tuna, *Smoked salmon, cheddar cheese & pickle, egg mayonnaise and cress, served on white, whole meal and granary breads. Vol-au-vents fillings are; Chicken & sweetcorn, Curried chicken, Prawn with a marie sauce, tuna and sweetcorn, smoked salmon mousse.
Meat platter 1; Pick three meats from list, roast pork, leg of lamb, roast beef and roast chicken, ham and corned beef. Each platter is £7.55 pp includes four salads (homemade) jacket or boiled potatoes, sweet course and tea/coffee. Meat platter 2; £9.70pp

Flavoured water is avalible from £1.10 per ltr bottle. BBQ MENU £11.55 pp Home made beef and or spicy burgers, hot dogs, Cumberland pork sausages. Marinated Chicken breast & Cajun chicken drum sticks. Minute steaks. Pork and vegetable kababs as well as vegetable kababs. BBQ ribs in tangy sauce, home made donna kabab style meat on sticks with hot spicy sauce.If you have your own favourite dish let us know and we will add it to our list. For winter BBQs we also offer home made soups at a cost of £8.90 for a soup filled kettle, enough normally for 16 people. Baked potatoes with a choice of fillings £0.85 pp *please add 0.30pp to cover extra costThis includes setting up but not waiter/ress service. For waiting staff an extra £7.50 per hour min 3 hours per waiter/ress. Chefs are £15 per hour min 3 hours.
