Top Flight Catering Reception & Portering Duties

This module is combining both the front desk reception and the hall porter duties as one module.

We show how important these roles are and how to create a great impression for your guests and also we focus on the demands this part of your business which gives the impression on what people will expect to find from you and your staff.
