Candle Lit Dinners

This package is designed for a small intimate dinner party in the comfort of your own home . We cater from as little as two persons to larger numbers. The occassion is tailor-made to your requirements. We sit down with you and perfect the perfect menu for your occassion. From a simple starter we offer advice on vegetables, fish, main, sweet course, and wines. Once planned we can print your menu, name cards and seating plan if required. We can supply silver cutlery; silver coffee and teapots cut crystal glasses as well as silver ornaments to place on the table. Because we know how special these dinner parties are to our customers we serve each course in a professional manner; leaving you to enjoy the company of your guests. We spend a lot of time just planning each function as no two are the same, and this is why we are so proud of the services we offer. We are good at listening to our clients and we are confident our team will provide the results that will keep you coming back for more; no matter what your requirements.

Lunches

This service is similar to the dinner parties; but aimed at those looking to entertain a number of friends; colleagues or business associates at your conference room or at home. As before we will work with you to develop the most suitable menu for your occassion. We serve the meal with little fuss but are always on hand when needed, we stay near the table to serve your wine and look after you and your guests but without being intrusive, allowing your guests to enjoy their meal. This is without a doubt the most enjoyable way to have a meal and be waited on. Not being hurried due to another booking or being left for long periods due to the restaurant being busy. We are here for YOU and your guests and we never forget that. Our lunches can also be used for a leaving party, promotion or any number of reasons, you find the occassion and our top waiters and chefs will work to deliver a luncheon to remember. We strive to deliver a superior service and often go the extra mile to deliver the best in quality and in so doing our clients come back again and again.

Winter BBQ

Summer should not dictate our choice of garden entertainment. Our winter BBQ’s are just as much fun as in summer. We can bring our own grill, which is big enough for a small party or greater numbers. So if you plan on celebrating the 5th of November and plan for a large group of friends we can help, from a small family group to 40 or more; we can help your party go with a bang. We make our own mulled wine to warm away the chill. We offer our own home made burgers made from quality British beef, you can choose from chilli, spicy, Cajun and normal beef and onion. Chicken breast, wings and drum sticks, with choice of marinades. Venison, beef, spicy pork and Cumberland sausages. Home made donna kebabs; meat and or vegetarian kebabs. Home made soup, we have such a wide selection we believe if you name it we can make it. Once onsite we set up the grill, tables and eating area, if you wish for a waiter he would serve the drinks while our chef cooks the food. During the party our waiter and chef will take care of all your needs and after the function will clean and tidy the garden before leaving. All the food is stored and cooked in a controlled environment with health and hygiene still being maintained to a high standard. This is Top Flight Catering policy.

Morning & Afternoon Teas

This is the perfect product for light entertaining. One of the more popular of our services; We send a waiter/ess, who will set up your table with a choice of several varieties of tea, finely cut sandwiches, freshly baked scones, jam, cream and a range of delicate pastries, all combined to make for an unforgettable afternoon. You and your guests will be waited on by our waiter whom will serve drinks and food; all the time making sure you never have to refill your cup yourself. This is a relaxing way in which to enjoy the company of a few friends without the hassle of finding a seat in a busy coffee shop. We go to great lengths to ensure we get it just right. All of our cakes are made fresh for you by one of our chefs; and the sandwiches will be served with your choice of fillings. You will be served from a silver tray with tea and or coffee from our own silver pots; also included are our own linen serviettes if required. Midmorning or afternoon, this must be the best way to enjoy a cup of tea with friends and having your very own “jeeves” to tend to your needs!

We are pleased to announce a new service.  Theme party's and murder mystery dinners.

If you have a major birthday i.e. 40th etc, why not hold a party of that decade. We can provide a glitter ball, make a cocktail bar (would need another room next to the main room holding the function) provide a selection of 60's-70's and 80's music on the old 45 and 78, (this would need a turntable if you have your own music centre. We can provide the same kind of food found being served during the time to make the night a bit more authentic, or have a garden party, buffet and or BBQ again we can provide a bar serving beers, spirits and cocktails with your own barman and waitbig staff if required.

Murder mystery, why not hold this kind of function at your own home, we will help you with the menu, serve the meal clean up serve drinks and assist in the running of the function, This time it was not the butler, he was too busy looking after the guests.
